We helped Cemco in producing thin film by adopting the highly efficient and economical reel-to-reel process. We setup a perfectly functional clean room with required equipments. SEMI standards were adhered throughout and a higher the equipment recorded a higher OEE. A Chemical Dosing system was also setup as part of the project. There were multiple 3rd party equipment integration required to get the entire system working seamlessly.
